Bryan Hopkins

ELVIS MONROE BAND

MUSICIAN

Bryan Hopkins, singer, songwriter, and frontman for Elvis Monroe and Hollywood band Paperback Hero, emerges from the post-shutdown world with an album born out of darkness. Drawing from both the pain and joy that life brings, Bryan crafts songs from a place of raw emotion, transforming his experiences into art that resonates with his listeners. Currently, he's on the road, sharing his eclectic blend of storytelling country rock through dynamic performances, whether it's a full-band show or an intimate acoustic set.

A true multi-talented artist, Bryan is not only a songwriter and frontman but also an actor, children's book author, and host of the Heroes Journey Podcast based in Las Vegas. His debut album, produced by Ben Carey and executive produced by Bryan himself, was mixed by Jay Ruston. The first single, "One Day Someday," co-written by Bryan, Ben Carey, and country star Brett Young, offers a fresh sound with its swampy yet pop-infused storytelling, setting it apart from the usual radio fare.

As a proud Lakota Indian with roots in the Crow Creek Reservation in South Dakota, Bryan honors his heritage through his music. He collaborated with renowned Native hip-hop artist Supaman on his second single, Competing with Giants, a mythical and inspirational song that reflects his current journey.

Bryan's third release, Songbird Road, explores themes of individuality and the personal paths we each travel. This song delves deep within Bryan's own reflections, sharing his emotions and hoping to connect with listeners on a meaningful level. Songbird Roadrepresents a place within Bryan where he can express his truth and invite others to join him on the journey.

For the last 12 years Bryan has toured as the front man for ELVIS Monroe all over the country independently playing one-off shows. In June of 2017, EM partnered with Boston-based company Cappello Heavy Transport and began touring aggressively (on their beloved tour bus named Shelby), visiting radio stations and playing shows with an impressive roster of A-list national talent such as Lee Brice, Jared Nieman, Brett Young and Daughtry to name a few. Their longer tours include extensive time on the road and nightly shows with bands like 3 Doors Down, Joe Nichols and Love and theft.

Bryan Hopkins writes from an honest, heart-felt place that takes you on a unique journey and listening experience. His songs speak his stories with rare truth and integrity, and his accessibility as is endearing to fans nationwide. Bryan looks forward to meeting you at a show sometime soon!
